  12. I'm going to be travelling between the US and Europe several times during
  13. the next year, and I want to sustain my work via telnet and the Web.
  14. Can anybody recommend:

  16. 1. a good pcmcia modem that is compatible with both US and European (Austria,
  17. Germany, France, and Netherlands) telecomm standards
  18.  
  19. 2. an Internet service provider that I can call toll-free in the above
  20. countries to access the Web and to telnet back to my university.
